Dr. Omulubi and His Wife Pastor Vimbai Omulubi with their team offer refreshing and
uplifting retreat for pastors, missionaries and their significant others. The aim is to provide a refreshing calming environment for self-care and sabbath. Activities provided include daily prayer and meditation, one-on-one care and counseling with Dr. Omulubi and Pastor Vimbai Omulubi on restoration and sabbath, opportunity for tailored and guided self-study following the model of L’Abri Centers founded by Francis Schaeffer, and nature walks in the village atmosphere of Mwamba.

Dr. Omulubi has been successfully pastoring and leading churches in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania for several years together with his wife Pastor Vimbai. Dr. Omulubi is the President of Refresh Bible College which is dedicated to providing education and support for teachers and pastors in rural communities. The focus is on the rural pastors who are not able to afford training in other colleges and seminaries. Along with a commitment to education and training, Refresh has a commitment to support and restoration for pastors and their families. Refresh provides retreat for local pastors and international missionaries and pastors. The funding of Refresh is drawn in part from the fees taken from international partners who have the means to offer compensation for meals, lodging, travel and care.
